We are seeking highly skilled professionals to support key aspects of the Merchandise function and execution of category strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Review Pack preparation
  • Assisting with ranging decisions, setting retail pricing, and analysing data to make preliminary recommendations to Category Managers
  • Maintenance of Managed Range products, including pricing, margin, planograms, images, and data integrity
  • Promotional due diligence, including print and digital activity
  • Supplier planning strategy presentation preparation and documentation
  • Sales analysis and Category performance reporting
  • Critical path time management to ensure deadlines are met
  • Internal and external stakeholder communication
  • Building strong business relationships with Suppliers and Support Office teams
Requirements:
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel, PowerBI, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills
  • High-quality business acumen and strong communication skills
  • Self-motivation, prioritisation, and effective time management in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with healthcare or FMCG industries is desirable
  • Success in this role requires teamwork, integrity, initiative, and high work standards
