Building Maintenance Supervisor
- Opportunity to deliver high-quality building maintenance services across government-owned facilities.
Working as a Building Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of buildings. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the maintenance of government-owned facilities, including schools, hospitals, social housing, and police stations.
As a key member of our team, your duties will include:
- Developing scopes of work for maintenance and upgrade projects;
- Conducting site safety audits and reviewing quality of works;
- Collaborating with estimating and procurement teams on tenders;
- Managing and implementing planned and unplanned service maintenance works.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Trade qualifications in carpentry;
- Relevant building maintenance experience;
- Strong knowledge in safety procedures and scope development.
