Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled retail professional to lead a high-performing store team, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of supervisory and/or management experience in retail apparel or customer service industries.

  • Strong ability to achieve sales targets and manage key performance indicators such as unit penetration, conversion rate, average transaction value, shrinkage, and mystery shops.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills with the confidence to recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Vibrant, energetic, and authentic with a positive attitude.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
About The Role

This is a mid-senior level full-time position within our Sales and Business Development team.
