  • A senior leader with 5+ years' experience in luxury hotels, wellness, leisure, hospitality or fitness
  • A service, detail and design expert - curating every touchpoint to create an exceptional experience
  • Commercially savvy - confident in owning a profit and loss statement, hitting targets, and growing revenue
  • An inspiring coach and mentor - developing a passionate team culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • A wellbeing advocate - someone who embodies the brand's values and principles

Skills and Qualifications:
