The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Lending) to lead our lending product suite.

This role will involve aligning cross-functional teams on key customer milestones and lending experiences, creating a roadmap for seamless customer engagement, and driving successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Software Engineering, Solution Engineering, Product Design, and other teams to define the vision and strategy for our lending product suite.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the lending product suite.
  2. Assess the competitive and market landscape to inform decision-making.
  3. Determine, develop, measure, and analyze metrics to drive insights and inform the roadmap.
  4. Provide leadership to cross-functional teams and direction to long-term strategic planning.
  5. Evangelize the product both internally and externally, guiding products through the development process, and advocating for the best outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experience as a product manager for regulated lending products in the Australian market or experience launching B2B/SaaS products.
  • Experience with iterative hypothesis-driven product development and experimentation.
  • A bias towards action and an ownership mindset, with a willingness to solve problems and delight users.
  • Experience working with a broad set of stakeholders and driving alignment.
  • Ability to cut through ambiguity and produce strategic insights and opportunities.
