This is a senior-level planning position that requires strategic acumen and knowledge as an advisor to the Corporate Counsel team.
About the Role- Act as an advisor to the Corporate Counsel team, providing expertise on planning matters.
- Prepare documents for court, including those related to appeals.
- Make recommendations on process improvements to accommodate internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage consultants and coordinate work to ensure effective defence of appeals.

Requirements- Degree qualifications in Town Planning or a related field.
- Extensive experience in planning-related matters.
- Current class C driver's licence.

- High level of understanding of NSW Planning Legislation and related policies.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
The successful candidate will have a 35-hour working week, with opportunities to participate in our flextime arrangement and access to employee benefits.
