About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
- Operate various equipment and cleaning products to maintain a high level of cleanliness in the store, team rooms, toilets, and offices.
- Collect and store trolleys from in and around the store and carpark, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
About You
- You will be working in a fast-paced environment, both indoors and outdoors, and will be trusted to work autonomously and in a team setting.
- You will be committed to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.
- You will have a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, and a passion for working safely and adhering to our company's safe work practices.
- You will be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.
- You will be physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
