About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to join our team at Coles Supermarkets. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our customers.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and buffing floors.
  • Operating various equipment and using cleaning products to maintain the store's cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark, regardless of weather conditions.

About You

We are looking for a team player who is physically fit, able to work autonomously and in a group setting, and committed to providing great customer experiences. You will be responsible for:

  • Working both indoors and outdoors, with a focus on maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Providing excellent customer service by being approachable, friendly, and responsive to customer needs.
  • Adhering to Coles' Safe Work practices and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Setting priorities, meeting deadlines, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Being available for a wide range of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days a week.
