A Counter Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised service to achieve commercial objectives. Responsibilities include

  • Sharing passion for beauty with clients and inspiring them with product knowledge and recommendations.
  • Empowering clients to look and feel their best.
  • Building an ever-growing base of return clientele through genuine and insightful interactions.
  • Having completed or are working towards a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty.
  • Having experience working within a customer-centric environment.
  • Thriving in an environment where no two days are the same.
  • Having an exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
  • Being flexible to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
  • Being passionate about joining the David Jones family and representing our brand, alongside our international Beauty offering including Chanel, Dior, and La Mer.
