Our fleet operation requires a seasoned Fleet Operations Manager to oversee daily activities and optimize performance. This leadership role involves strategic planning, coordination, and management of our Port Hedland fleet of vehicles to achieve maximum productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maximize fleet efficiency through effective planning and coordination
  2. Reduce costs and minimize downtime to improve business efficiency
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring timely and reliable transportation
  4. Coordinate fleet operations to meet production goals and targets
  5. Embed a strong safety culture, promoting individual ownership and practical risk management solutions
  6. Conduct regular safety and compliance checks, implementing necessary changes to ensure a safe working environment
  7. Manage drivers' daily activities, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and requirements
  8. Oversee performance management of drivers, including recruitment and training in collaboration with the Operations and HR teams
