Manifest Clerk Role Summary

This position is a vital part of our transportation services team at Perth Airport. As a Manifest Clerk, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of freight and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately create and enter manifests within tight deadlines, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drivers, depot managers, and customers, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Raise con notes for freight being dropped into the depot, maintaining accurate records and minimizing delays.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in transport and logistics is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in working with con notes and manifests is essential.
  • The ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and under pressure is crucial.
