Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Team Member, you will contribute to creating a high-performance culture and delivering great customer experience across the store by:

  • Working across multiple areas, from customer-facing to back of house, and ensuring efficient stock delivery and processing into store.
  • Providing excellent customer service before, during and after the sale.
  • Supporting the merchandising of products on the sales floor to enhance the JB Hi-Fi brand and store experience.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A passion for home entertainment, music, movies, technology, appliances and games.
  • The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of people and provide results-oriented support.
