Lead Quality Assurance Efforts

The primary goal of this position is to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with the Program Team and Customers to design, develop and implement testing strategies and methodologies. In an Agile environment, you will lead the test area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans
  • Ensure traceability between development requirements and test cases
  • Prepare and conduct test readiness reviews
  • Execute test procedures
  • Manage incoming requests for testing
  • Manage Testing repositories
  • Create and manage test defects
  • Develop test reports
  • Represent the Test team at Customer meetings
  • Lead the test team

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in identifying test data and conditions required for test execution
  • Experience leading a Test Team
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - working with multiple teams
  • Able to work under pressure of tight deadlines and evolving requirements
