As a Counsellor, Addiction Specialist, you will work with women who have experienced trauma, addiction, and other complex issues. You will provide individual and group counselling sessions, as well as support women in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide counselling services to women with complex needs
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Collaborate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive care
* Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development

Requirements:

* Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, or related field
* 3+ years of experience working with women who have experienced trauma and addiction
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and addiction treatment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
