Clinical Service Manager

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the provision of clinical intake services in a health and allied health telephony based service. Your role will involve ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to clients who are in distress.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide clinical oversight of initial assessment and triage for clients engaging with the department.
  • Monitor the delivery of clinical intake and counselling services across the team to ensure consistency and adherence to relevant clinical policy and administrative procedures.
  • Develop and implement protocols, procedures, and best practices for the provision of high-quality intake service provision.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in allied health, nursing, or social work.
  • Leadership experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on a rotating roster 24/7.
  • Australian Citizenship.
