The Specification Manager will play a key role in driving project opportunities and building strong relationships within the architectural community. Responsibilities include:

  • Proactively engaging with architectural firms to present solutions and generate new project opportunities">
  • Developing and maintaining long-term client relationships within the commercial specification space">
  • Managing the full project cycle from initial enquiry through to handover with contractors/builders">
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities with both new and existing clients">
  • Working closely with architects during the concept stage to provide tailored and innovative design solutions">
  • Preparing project estimates and tracking project progress through detailed status reporting">
