**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Establishing trust with clients and a collaborative partnership with all stakeholders
  • Providing solutions to Workers Compensation and Risk Management obstacles
  • Improving clients' performance with risk mitigation methods
  • Working in a multi-disciplinary team and sharing expertise with others
  • Generating new and expanded business opportunities

**Day-to-day Tasks Include:**

  • Maintaining daily relationships with clients and their executives on projects
  • Project managing client deliverables
  • Bringing technical knowledge to discussions in claims, premiums, and policies
  • Recommending suitable solutions from client analysis activities

**Diverse Work to Keep it Interesting:**

  • Contributing to internal processes and procedures
  • Supporting project teams
  • Debtor management and reporting
  • Direct or performing research for business development opportunities

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Relevant Degree (desirable)
  • Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or closely related role
  • Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring of clients and colleagues
