Job Title: Training Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programs that build capability, drive performance, and support long-term business growth.


The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery, development, and evaluation of high-impact technical and non-technical training and certification programs across the Australian automotive industry.


About the Role

As a subject matter expert and brand ambassador, this role is instrumental in upholding excellence, supporting new model launches, and enabling job roles to progress through certification programs. The role also facilitates content localisation, ensures alignment with the latest technologies, manages budgets, and maintains accurate reporting.


Responsibilities
  • Delivery of high-quality training programs.
  • Development and evaluation of technical and non-technical training content.
  • Maintenance of accurate records and reports.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities; encourage innovation.
  • Dynamic presentation style.
  • High level automotive knowledge.
  • Solid training content development skills.
