Job Title: Senior Lighting Designer

We are seeking an experienced Lighting Designer to deliver high-quality lighting design and electrical engineering consulting services across transport infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply design principles to achieve outstanding lighting outcomes;
  • Produce detailed lighting documentation and technical reports tailored to client needs;
  • Interpret client briefs and offer strategic direction and advice;
  • Communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language;
  • Prepare design documentation with rigorous quality assurance;
  • Coordinate with other engineering disciplines across multi-disciplinary projects;
  • Represent the company in industry forums and contribute to business development;
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Design, or equivalent, or be a qualified electrician;
  • Proficiency in AGi or Perfectlite is preferred;
  • A strong understanding of design models and interdisciplinary coordination;
  • Expertise in safety-in-design practices and risk management;
  • A proven ability to deliver cost-effective, high-quality client outcomes;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • A collaborative mindset and openness to feedback;
  • Availability for international travel may be required;
