Solution Integration Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Solution Integration Specialist to translate customer requirements into tailored platform configurations. This role is critical in ensuring seamless integration of customer needs with our platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze customer requirements to create actionable platform configurations.
  • Design product models, workflows, document templates, and business logic.
  • Configure user interfaces and user journeys using platform tools.
  • Implement business rules and financial calculations via internal scripting language.
  • Conduct system and integration testing, and support client testing phases.
  • Prepare and manage client-facing documentation and testing artifacts.
  • Lead project communications, updates, and stakeholder coordination.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
  • Ability to create detailed technical and business documentation.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with relational databases and large software configuration.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and managing complex discussions.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience in general insurance (policy and claims processes).
  • Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
