Construction Project Manager

This role oversees the operational management of site construction projects for mining ventures located in Argentina with a 14x14 roster work pattern.
Key Responsibilities- Lead an interdisciplinary team of professionals covering Construction, Commissioning, Quality, HSE, Environment, Planning and Cost Control, Camp Management, and Services specialists.
- Effectively manage relationships with subcontractors and clients.
- Develop and oversee Service Orders and Purchase Notes as required.
- Monitor and report on deviations from established HSE, QA/QC, and Environmental norms to ensure adherence to company procedures.
- Report to the Project Construction Director and/or designated Area Managers.
- Coordinate with internal departments and track physical progress and certifications.
- Participate in regular meetings and generate/write reports.
- Perform administrative tasks including timesheet loading and training.
- A degree in Engineering or equivalent with over 20 years of experience managing similar-scale construction projects (mining, oil & gas, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of project management, contracts administration, leadership of multidisciplinary teams, planning, quality control, HSE, and environmental practices.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, contractor management, and client liaison abilities.
- Fluent in English language.
