We're on the hunt for highly motivated individuals who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and making a positive impact in their communities.

Our Car to Bus Licence Upgrade Program offers you the opportunity to upgrade your skills, gain a nationally recognised qualification, and start a career in public transport with no bus driving experience required. We'll provide you with comprehensive training, including a five-week hands-on induction program, to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to succeed in this rewarding role.

The programme includes:

  • A mix of classroom and on-road training
  • Ongoing support over the next 12 months

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. You'll also need to hold an Open 'C' Class Drivers Licence (QLD) and be willing to obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation. Additionally, you'll undergo a pre-employment physical and medical history check to ensure your suitability for the role.

As a driver with Kinetic, you'll have the opportunity to work independently or as part of a team, providing safe and reliable journeys to our customers. You'll drive a range of services, including general routes, charters, and special events, and play a vital role in ticket sales, customer interaction, and community connection.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Hold an Open 'C' Class Drivers Licence (QLD)
  • Willingness to Obtain a Queensland Driving Authorisation

  • Australian Work Rights
  • Reliable, Punctual, and Able to Work Independently or in a Team
