Are you a data analytics professional looking for a new challenge?
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst to join our team in Australia. As a key member of our global organisation, you will be responsible for providing insights to support the full lifecycle of customer marketing design, creation, and delivery.
">In this role, you will work closely with the Delivery Lead, Marketing Manager, and other analysts to support the delivery of key lifecycle management campaigns for one of our key issuing clients. You will explore clients' data infrastructure and systems, extract necessary data, perform data analysis, visualise findings to understand key marketing patterns and trends to develop compelling data-driven stories.
">You will enable campaign execution stages from data segmentation to CRM execution via Unica (essential). Additionally, you will summarise analysis on customer needs, product positioning, campaign performance, and market trends in actionable and engaging business updates.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Explore clients' data infrastructure and systems
- Extract necessary data, perform data analysis, visualise findings
- Enable campaign execution stages from data segmentation to CRM execution
- Summarise analysis on customer needs, product positioning, campaign performance, and market trends
Requirements:
">- 5+ years related work experience in Data Analytics, Consulting, or Marketing Analytics
- Proficiency in SQL is required
- Experience in data visualisation is required, PowerBI is highly preferred
- Experience in other query language (e.g., SAS or Python) highly regarded
