English Language Specialist

The role of English Language Specialist is responsible for delivering a range of educational programs in accordance with relevant curriculum objectives.

Responsibilities include identifying student needs and goals, organising learning activities based on appropriate delivery methodologies, evaluating and assessing student learning, and maintaining high-quality educational standards.

Key to success is the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds. A strong pedagogical background, experience in designing engaging lessons, and the use of technology to enhance learning are essential.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have the ability to adjust teaching style to meet the needs of students with varying levels of English proficiency and provide support to help them achieve their academic goals.

This position requires a minimum of 800 hours of experience in teaching English for Academic Purposes to adults and competence in using various software and databases.
