About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team, specializing in providing electrical system solutions. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and calculating lighting systems, analyzing and calculating maximum power demands, designing circuit breaker protection, and developing proposals and technical findings for clients and stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects across various sectors, including Defence, Data Centres, Space, Commercial, Hospitals, Highways, Rail & Metro, and Airports, while adhering to industry and governmental standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and calculate lighting systems to meet project requirements and standards.
  • Analyze and calculate maximum power demands for various systems.
  • Design circuit breaker protection and coordinate protection curves.
  • Design single line diagrams and electrical layouts.
  • Develop proposals, progress reports, and technical findings for clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant tertiary degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Full working rights to work in Australia or New Zealand.
