About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work at our Area C mine in the Pilbara, where you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for maintaining and repairing our mobile plant and equipment. As an Automotive Electrician, you will be working on complex diagnostics and maintenance activities, ensuring the efficient operation of our autonomous trucks and other critical mobile fleet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough diagnostics and maintenance activities on mobile plant and equipment
  • Work efficiently and effectively on plant and equipment, including autonomous trucks and other essential mobile fleet
  • Follow specific maintenance programs and procedures, and complete accurate technical documentation and reports
  • Be comfortable using computerized maintenance systems, including SAP, and take personal responsibility for helping the team achieve expected results
  • Undertake regular training and provide support and coaching to team members
  • Assist the Maintenance Supervisor with rescheduling work, organizing resources, and prioritizing tasks

About You

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Electrician with a strong background in heavy industry maintenance. You will need to have a recognized trade qualification, current licenses, and experience working on CAT Haul Trucks and other heavy equipment. You should also have excellent presentation, communication, and coaching skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
