About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Electrical Maintenance Technician at our Western Australia Iron Ore sites in the Pilbara. You will be working on a fly-in-fly-out roster from Perth, with a 7/7 rotating days and night shift schedule.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting complex diagnostics and maintenance activities on mobile plant and equipment
  • Working efficiently and effectively on plant and equipment, including autonomous trucks and other critical mobile fleet
  • Following specific maintenance programs and procedures, and carrying out checks on equipment as required
  • Ensuring accurate completion of technical documentation, reports, and drawings
  • Using computerized maintenance systems, including SAP, to manage work orders and notifications
  • Providing support and coaching to team members, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

About You

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Electrician with a strong background in heavy industry maintenance. You will need to have a current Automotive Refrigerant Handling license, Forklift and High Risk Working license, and experience working on CAT Haul Trucks and CAT Minestar Autonomous systems. Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills are essential for this role.
