We are seeking a skilled Section Waitstaff to join our team at Lucas Restaurants. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your section with professionalism, balancing multiple tables and responsibilities with ease.
- Guide diners through our menu with expertise and enthusiasm, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
- Provide attentive and friendly service, responding to guest needs and preferences.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other service staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- At least 1 year experience as a Section Waitstaff in a high volume, fast-paced venue.
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed.
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude.
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day-to-day operations.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Able and willing to work rotating roster including weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts.
- Must have an RSA certificate.
