Hydrogen Group is seeking a talented Lead Banking Solutions Analyst to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Core Banking team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of Banking & Payments Platform.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Banking Solutions Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting user research and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reusable, and compliant solutions.
  • Building a comprehensive understanding of project features and serving as a point of reference for information and updates on your area of function.
  • Capturing requirements and artefacts in an accurate manner to inform solution development.
  • Facilitating communication between business and technical teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Meeting deadlines and delivering results in alignment with project timelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in business analysis roles, particularly in Core Banking areas such as loan, deposits, accounts, interest calculation, fees calculation, and payment reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to document complex requirements in a clear and concise manner.
  • The capacity to write user stories for developers, complete with testable acceptance criteria.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working across product and engineering organisations.
  • A proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Bonus points for experience with Temenos Transact modules, such as Arrangement Architecture (AA), Loans & Deposits (LD), and Guarantees.
  • Knowledge of Temenos Payment Hub (TPH) is also desirable.
