This is a unique opportunity for experienced and dedicated registered nurses to expand their nursing skills in a dynamic environment.
The role offers variety, allowing you to develop your expertise across different areas, from acute care through to aged care.
You will provide direct, person-centred care and individual case management to patients in a range of clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive, person-centred nursing and midwifery care to patients.
- Assess individual patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Coordinate services with other disciplines and agencies to meet patient health needs.
- Provide leadership and support to newer or less experienced staff.
- Work autonomously with increasing responsibility over time.
We are looking for individuals who have a current practising certificate from the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and demonstrated clinical competence and experience in a relevant nursing area.
