Healthcare Support Role

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Casual Pool, working in both Acute and Aged Care units.

  • Support Enrolled and Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Assist with daily living activities and basic nursing duties.
  • Provide person-centred care to patients/residents.
  • Maintain effective communication within the healthcare team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current enrolment in an undergraduate nursing or midwifery program (2nd or 3rd year) or
  • Completion of training relevant to safe and competent performance of nursing duties or
  • A Certificate III or IV in Basic Health Care, Aged Care, Health Services Assistance, Home and Community Care, Individual Support Work, or other approved health-related qualifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit to thrive in a multidisciplinary team environment.
