We are seeking a hands-on Team Leader to support a high-performing team of Support Workers, providing regular supervision, coaching, and mentoring to ensure best practice and client satisfaction.

As the Service Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in leading and supporting our frontline team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services in Warrnambool and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be an ambassador for the organisation, showcasing it as Australia's leading Home Care provider
  • Work closely with the State Team to ensure clients and care workers have a great experience
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to attract and retain clients
  • Support recruitment efforts by building and managing a strong care workforce
  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality home care services to clients
  • Create engagement strategies to support and retain the workforce
