Job Role: Equipment Coordinator and Driver

The Equipment Coordinator and Driver is the pivotal link between our branch, customers and their projects. As a representative of our organization, you will support customers with expert advice, pickups, deliveries and ensure our equipment is ready for hire.

This role requires instructing and demonstrating to customers on how to safely use our equipment, performing pickup and delivery of equipment, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining equipment quality through regular servicing and minor repairs, and cleaning facilities and performing equipment inspections.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong communication skills, be proactive and keen to learn new skills, have an interest in machinery and equipment, and a positive attitude as a team player.

About You:

  • A valid driver's license
  • Physical fitness and ability to pass a drug test
  • Experience in customer service, building & construction, hospitality, retail, driver, landscaping, trade & maintenance
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
