Job Summary

We are seeking a professional couple to manage our onsite resort, providing exceptional guest service and overseeing daily operations.

About the Role

The successful applicants will be responsible for managing front-of-house operations, including guest check-ins/check-outs, bookings, and supervising housekeeping and upkeep standards.

  • Manage front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high standards of customer service.
  • Supervise reception staff to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Liaise with reservations and marketing teams to maximise occupancy, optimise room rates, and promote the resort's offerings.
  • Handle body corporate matters, liaising with strata bodies and committees on facility upkeep and communal area obligations.
  • Assist asset managers with administrative tasks such as reporting, inventory, and property systems.
  • Contribute to marketing and events as needed to support a seamless guest experience.
About You

To be successful in this role, you and your partner will need to have:

  • A passion for hospitality and resort lifestyle.
  • Experience in property or resort management, caretaking, or related leadership roles.
  • Familiarity with body corporate or strata management.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with attention to detail.
