Gaming Manager

With the growth and development of our teams and business we are now looking to create a dedicated and passionate Gaming Manager to join the team.

As Gaming Manager, you'll be a key player in the daily operations of our venue with a strong focus on delivering standout customer service and fostering a positive, driven team culture.

You'll be responsible for overseeing our Gaming Room operations, including:

• Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Leading and training team members to be their best
• Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations
• Managing gaming machines and promotional activity
• Supporting the venue's management team in achieving performance goals

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Experience in a similar role (bonus points)
• Current RSA & RSG certifications (or a willingness to obtain)
