Railway Hotel Yeppoon is a part of the Star Group portfolio, the largest Queensland independent hotel and pub business, where we do things a bit different. If you like to Zig, whilst others Zag, maybe you are the person to join our vibrant hotel family.

With the growth and development of our teams and business we are now looking to create a dedicated and passionate Gaming Manager to join the team.

About the Role:

As Gaming Manager, you'll be a key player in the daily operations of our venue with a strong focus on delivering standout customer service and fostering a positive, driven team culture.

You'll be responsible for overseeing our Gaming Room operations, including:

  • Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Leading and training team members to be their best
  • Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations
  • Managing gaming machines and promotional activity
  • Supporting the venue's management team in achieving performance goals
What We're Looking For:

Ideally, you'll also have:

  • Experience in a similar role (bonus points)
  • Current RSA & RSG certifications (or a willingness to obtain)
  • A passion for hospitality and team leadership
