Reconciliations Expert

We are seeking an experienced Reconciliations Expert to ensure the accuracy of our financial records through regular reconciliations. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling accounts, identifying discrepancies, investigating variances, and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in reconciliations, financial analysis, or accounting. Additionally, they should be proficient in financial systems and accounting software, such as SAP or Oracle.

The candidate should also have strong knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes, advanced Excel skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and perform complex reconciliations, familiarity with banking and payment systems, attention to detail, analytical thinking, communication skills, time management, and initiative.
