We are seeking a highly skilled organisational change expert to support the development and delivery of complex projects and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about enabling positive organisational change.
The successful candidate will champion our values and support individuals and teams through change transitions. They will be responsible for delivering change management activities including communications, training, process design, and impact assessments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of change management activities across multiple projects and initiatives.
- Preparing and maintaining high-quality change documentation and artefacts.
- Analysing and reporting on data related to change initiatives, including employee feedback and performance metrics.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in business or health, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 1 year experience contributing to organisational change through activities such as readiness assessments, change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, and the preparation of change management documents.
