We are seeking a highly skilled Business Project Manager to join our Institutional Banking team in Melbourne. As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for assessing customer migration requirements and solutions, ensuring they are implemented with a complete understanding of the change(s), and that both technology and customer impacts are understood.
You will work closely with technology stakeholders to facilitate changes and engage product teams to understand the impacts of customer solutions during the migration phases. Your key responsibilities will include developing end-to-end delivery plans, migration run-sheets, and change records, as well as working with relevant ANZ stakeholders to develop effective communication plans and engagement plans for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Assess customer requirements for technology and customer impacts
- Engage technology stakeholders to facilitate changes
- Engage product teams to understand the impacts of customer solutions during the migration phases
- Develop end-to-end delivery plans, migration run-sheets, and change records
- Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery and own the customer engagement through to successful migration
- Work with relevant ANZ stakeholders to develop effective communication plans and engagement plans for our customers
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality results and has a strong understanding of customer needs and wants. You will have existing technical experience or expertise in one or more of the following areas: Payments, File-transfer, API's, Fileactive. You will also have an end-to-end appreciation of customer journeys from a migration perspective and an interest in and affinity for technology changes.
