About The Role

This role requires an experienced landscaper to provide labour support and assist in the installation of commercial landscape projects such as creating wetland areas and building usable community green areas such as parks and playgrounds. It is based out of GreenInc's Edinburgh depot and reports to the Operations Manager.

Duties
  • Assist in the installation of hardscapes such as walkways, play equipment and retaining walls
  • Create and manage soft scapes including turf maintenance and planting
  • Operate and maintain all equipment in a safe workable condition
  • Read and interpret plans
  • Identify plant specimens
About You

You will have a qualification in landscape construction and/or equivalent previous experience and enjoy a hands-on physical role. Additionally, you will thrive in a team environment, where you can build your skills and feel the pride of working with others to see a project completed.

Knowledge, skills and attributes
  • Current unrestricted driver's licence
  • White card
  • MR truck licence (desirable)
  • Skid-steer and excavator licence (highly desirable)
  • Experience driving a manual vehicle and with a trailer (desirable)
Pre-employment requirements
  • Provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
  • Supply evidence of right to work in Australia and 100 points of identification
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment medical
