Project Manager Position

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our construction projects from start to finish.

  • The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will also possess strong technical knowledge of construction methods and materials, as well as effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan, organize, and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  2. Coordinate and supervise site crews, including trades and sub-trades.
  3. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  4. Manage project documentation, reports, and communications with stakeholders.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercial construction environment.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Trade Qualifications in Cabinetmaking, Joinery, Carpentry or Shop Fitting.
  • OH&S White Card.
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Full legal working rights in Australia.
