**What We're Looking For In A Glazier Or Leading Hand**

We want to hear from experienced glaziers or leading hands looking for a fresh challenge. You'll work on various projects including shopfronts, curtain walls, balustrades, splashbacks, and more.

**Key Responsibilities Of A Glazier Or Leading Hand**

- Measure, cut, install, and finish glass products to specification
- Interpret plans and ensure work is completed to high standards
- Maintain a safe and clean worksite
- Liaise with clients, builders, and site managers professionally

**Required Skills And Qualifications**

- Proven experience in glazing (minimum 3 years preferred)
- White Card and relevant trade qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Driver's licence and reliable transport
