
Infrastructure Development Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development process, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Design Master Plans, estimate construction costs, and inspect drawings and specifications;
- Negotiate and award contracts to contractors;
- Manage project progress, solve problems that arise, and verify the integrity of work;
- Verify documents such as As-built Drawings, Bank guarantees, and completion reports;
- Supervise repair and maintenance operations.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (GPA > 2.75);
- At least 7-10 years of progressively related experience in infrastructure and construction;
- Minimum Level-I Professional Engineering license from the relevant authority;
- Fluent in English speaking, reading, and writing (TOEIC > 500);
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Project Manager (PMP) certification;
- Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software.
