Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and support to families and young people to help them access resources and services.">
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services and make recommendations for improvement.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in a field such as social work, youth work, or community development.">
  • Minimum 2 years experience working in a related field.">
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.">
