Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead our infrastructure efforts and drive scalability across borders.

This role will play a key part in shaping our DevOps practices and building reliable, scalable, and secure systems.

You will work closely with engineering, AI, product, and compliance teams to enable rapid innovation without compromising stability or security.

  • Design and implement a scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure.
  • Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to support rapid and safe deployment across environments.
  • Collaborate with AI, backend, and frontend teams to ensure end-to-end system reliability.
  • Introduce and manage observability platforms for performance, alerting, and logging.
  • Champion infrastructure-as-code practices with tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Solve complex challenges around service uptime, latency, and cost optimization.
  • Drive decisions on tooling, architecture, and DevOps culture.
  • Build compliance-ready infrastructure aligned with security and privacy standards.
  • Remain hands-on, actively contributing to the codebase and infrastructure.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record building and scaling production systems in cloud environments.
  • Experience implementing DevSecOps practices and integrating security into the SDLC.
  • Deep knowledge of infrastructure automation, CI/CD tooling, containerization, and orchestration.
  • Experience with application and dependency security tooling.
  • Expertise in monitoring and alerting tools.
  • Experience with secrets management, service mesh, and distributed systems.
  • Strong knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Comfort with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
