**Community Based Occupational Therapy Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with our clients in the community, providing expert care and support. As an Occupational Therapist at Empower, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver exceptional services and outcomes.

Job Description

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with a relevant degree and at least 1 year of clinical practice experience to manage their own caseload in NDIS or Homecare Packages, or a combination of both. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time-management and organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high quality occupational therapy services to clients in the community
  • Manage your own caseload, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with the OT Team Leader and other clinicians to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
  • At least 1 year of clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working in a community setting
  • Registration with AHPRA
  • Police Check Clearance
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills and attention to detail
