This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with our clients in the community, providing expert care and support. As an Occupational Therapist at Empower, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, working together to deliver exceptional services and outcomes.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Occupational Therapist with a relevant degree and at least 1 year of clinical practice experience to manage their own caseload in NDIS or Homecare Packages, or a combination of both. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong time-management and organisational skills, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high quality occupational therapy services to clients in the community
- Manage your own caseload, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with the OT Team Leader and other clinicians to achieve shared goals and objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new initiatives and programs
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
- At least 1 year of clinical practice experience as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working in a community setting
- Registration with AHPRA
- Police Check Clearance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time-management and organisational skills and attention to detail
