Full Time Child Family Case Manager

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate professional to provide direct support to children and families in need.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers both permanent full-time and fixed-term contract options.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement case plans that address the unique needs of each child and family.
- Coordinate with other service providers to ensure comprehensive support services are delivered effectively.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide crisis support when required.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Experience in Social Work and Family Services, preferably in a similar role.
- Skills in child protection and case management, including proficiency in delivering case management services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Knowledge of local community resources and services, including those related to social work and family services.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
