We are seeking an experienced Group Travel Manager to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing group travel requirements for a broad range of customers.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to work in a positive and supportive environment where no two days are the same. As a Group Travel Manager, you will be the face of our company to a large mix of customers and must have an ultimate customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Show expertise in corporate travel product knowledge to deliver the best outcome for the customer.
  • Assist in budgeting and executing professional and accurate business travel arrangements for corporate accounts.
  • Follow company procedures, account guidelines, and customer service standards in sourcing products, quoting, making travel arrangements, ticketing, and record keeping.
  • Maintain high professionalism and excellent communication skills.
  • Manage time effectively and multitask to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills.
  • Adapt to changing work environments and stakeholder requirements.
  • Work independently or as part of a team to service clients effectively.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactively provide solutions to logistical challenges.

Requirements

  • GDS: SABRE - essential
  • Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel - essential
  • Experience with major airline group booking platforms - preferred
  • Experience with Event Management Technology (Events Air / Cvent) - preferred
  • Previous Group Travel / MICE experience (3+ years) - preferred
  • Experience in customer-facing roles
