Recovery Coach Role

We are seeking a skilled Recovery Coach to join our dynamic team.

This is an opportunity for the right individual to make a positive impact in the lives of others and be part of a growing organization that values excellence in healthcare, teaching, research, and empowering its people to serve their community.

The ideal candidate will have personal experience of recovery and utilize mental health services and non-government agencies. They will share learnings and wisdom from their experiences to model recovery strategies for mental health consumers participating in our program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing education, information, referrals, and support to build resilience for mental and physical healthcare needs.
  • Sharing learnings and wisdom from personal experience to model recovery strategies for mental health consumers.
  • Supporting consumers through formalized peer support, practical assistance, tailored education, information, referrals, and empowerment.
