Job Title: Senior Event Producer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Event Producer to lead our events team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-profile events on time and within budget. This includes developing creative concepts, managing budgets and schedules, monitoring project progress, managing third-party suppliers, and ensuring smooth delivery onsite.

  • Provide leadership for the team and clients
  • Develop and implement projects from start to finish
  • Work with the team to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts
  • Prepare concept proposals including researching and presentations
  • Manage visualization of concepts by briefing designers
  • Manage and/or prepare internal and external written briefings
  • Plan timelines and milestones
  • Write and manage run sheets, bump in and bump out schedules
  • Liaise and coordinate with all third-party suppliers
  • Lead liaison and coordination with production and build teams
  • Manage day-to-day workflow to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Develop and manage all production schedules, specifications, and resources for assigned jobs
  • Travel nationally and internationally to plan and deliver live projects
  • Produce detailed OH&S plans and risk assessments as required
Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements
  • Experience working as a Producer or Senior Producer within an Events Agency
  • Proven experience managing clients, teams, and projects
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Design and styling skills highly desirable
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency in Keynote
  • Confident to take the initiative and share innovative ideas
  • Strong client management skills
  • Excellent financial management skills
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally for events when required
