Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Educator to oversee the daily operations of our kindergarten.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for children aged 3-4 years, ensuring high-quality care and education is provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging curriculum that promotes cognitive, social, and emotional growth in young children;
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment that encourages learning and exploration;
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the broader community through effective communication and collaboration;
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification;
  • VIT Registration;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with children aged 3-4 years in an educational setting;
